I just had another tremendous experience with companion. Taylor, who works at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I made an appointment for our little dog because I wasn’t sure if she was getting sick again and I called Taylor to schedule the appointment. Taylor is always so kind and professional over the phone and, when I explained to her that I may not need the appointment in the event my dog gets better, she just asked me to call her back in the morning two days later If I needed to cancel. Taylor ended up texting me a reminder earlier that morning as I didn’t need the appointment. She’s always on top of her game. I wish people at my main doctors and dentists office Were as great as Taylor was. I have a terribly hard time getting them to return phone calls they could use a few Taylors in their office lol. Always a great experience here at companion!
